Monitoring

The monitoring center operator has at his disposal an overview of the various services as well as the current status of the registered tickets. This service can be performed either remotely or locally at the customer.

Preventive maintenance

We implement a preventive maintenance: a proactive approach aimed at minimizing the likelihood of services failure. It involves regularly scheduled inspections, repairs, and adjustments to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

Corrective & Evolutive maintenance

For each problem, an assessment is made as to whether it is corrective maintenance and directed to the corresponding 2nd line, or whether it is evolutive maintenance that needs to be budgeted for.
