ARMIS ITS participates in the Portugal Smart Cities Summit 2021
event
The event is focused on knowledge transfer and innovation dynamics in the relationship between the academic and scientific spheres with business and society.
On November 16, 17 and 18 the Portugal Smart Cities Summit 2021 will take place at Parque das Nações in Lisbon. It is a physical marketplace for the creation of business opportunities among companies, universities, associations, startups and municipalities, with a common goal of discussing the future of smart cities and improving the lives of citizens.
Considering that efficiency and innovation are key pillars for sustainable development, ARMIS Intelligent Transport Systems reinforces its commitment to digitalization and decarbonization by being part of this event and especially the Conference “Smart Cities: The Sustainable Transformation”, which takes place on Thursday the 18th.
Pedro Barradas, ARMIS ITS' CSO, is among the participants of the debate entitled “Mobility: the progressive transition”. In addition to the exchange of knowledge, the Portugal Smart Cities Summit brings opportunities linked to research and education that provide business creation in various sectors, and opportunities for reflection on the future of the organization of cities in the world.
