Organized by Ertico - ITS Europe, ITS World Congress 2021 took place in Hamburg, Germany, between October 11 and 15. On this occasion, experts from all over the world gathered to exchange experiences about the future of mobility.

This is the largest and most important international event focused on intelligent mobility and transportation digitalization. Pedro Barradas, CSO of ARMIS Intelligent Transport Systems and Rui Gomes, Head of ITS Consultancy, represented ARMIS at this congress.

Pedro Barradas was responsible for leading some sessions throughout the five-day event:

• "Traffic Management Workshop 1: Interactive Traffic Management: from concept to reality"
• “Traffic Management Workshop 2: Data Exchange and business models for network management"

ITS Congress connects authorities of the transport industry to debate ideas and initiatives, which aim to promote the future of mobility in a more sustainable way.
