In order to facilitate the management of physical spaces, ARMIS has developed the HUB Workplace, an intelligent solution that aims to speed up the processes of defining workstations and that allows the configuration of building plans in back-office, the reservation of seats and their monitoring.

The solution developed by ARMIS IT, facilitates the creation of traceability reports, allowing the monitoring of people flows for the correct operation of the physical spaces of the organizations, according to security standards.

Through this application about 800 employees were able make their reservation requests and consult the respective approvals.

The Workplace HUB allows any organization to prepare the return of its employees to the physical workspaces, through an interactive tool with the possibility of monitoring the occupation of the areas and minimize risks.
