Elis Silva shared with the students of the SWitCH QA program her knowledge and the integration of a Quality Department in projects.
SWitCH QA is a re-qualification program for those who want to acquire skills and abilities on automated web development testing for a full and fast integration in the labor market as an IT professional, promoted by Porto Tech Hub. The program applies agile practices and interactive learning processes to provide its students with a solid but rapid understanding and application of software development and testing skills.
Colleague Elis Silva, from the QA & Process Automation team, shared with over 25 students in the SWitCH QA program her knowledge and the importance of a QA team in organizations.
They also talked about how a Quality Department is integrated in the organization's projects, as well as the process and methodologies used.
