ARMIS implemented a customized solution for the Coimbra Hospital and University Center - CHUC, involving the creation of a Power App for recording and monitoring purchase requisition forms and the development of flows for sending notifications to those involved in the process.
The main challenge of this project was to eliminate the traditional process of requisitioning materials on paper, bring the paperless concept to technology and make it more efficient, transparent and digitized in the purchase requisition process.
As a Microsoft Partner, innovative, low-code and scalable technologies were implemented, namely Power App, Power Automate and Dataverse. In addition to operational efficiency, this solution promotes risk reduction, transparency, traceability and cost savings.
The Coimbra Hospital and University Center (CHUC) is one of Portugal's leading healthcare institutions, comprising general hospitals, a pediatric hospital, maternity wards and a psychiatric hospital.
