Leaders in Sport, in partnership with ARMIS Digital Sport, developed a free six-step guide under the theme “How to use data be successfull in fan engagement”.
The free guide is focused on practical advice to make a holistic data approach in order to build and execute an effective fan engagement strategy. Even though this process takes time, getting an approach on data offers the best chance of success in the fan engagement field.
The six steps that form the guide start by reflecting on the organisation’s strategy and culminate at identifying the best investment opportunities. Step by step, they are: Ask yourself the right questions; Set your parameters carefully; Look beyond the numbers; Listen to your fans; Understand how your digital architecture fits together and, lastly, Identify your biggest bang-for-buck focal point.
A Case Study about the Portuguese Football Federation, focused on the work that ARMIS DS has been developing with the organization for almost 10 years, highlights the benefits of the digitalization of administrative processes, as well as strategies to enhance its focus on fans.
