Drive 3.0 revolutionizes crossing management at the Port of Santos-Guarujá, the largest in Brazil

ARMIS is proud to announce that its advanced mobility technology solution, Drive 3.0, is now in charge of managing the ferry crossings between Santos and Guarujá, in the Port of Santos, the largest and busiest port in Brazil.

The ferry crossing between Santos and Guarujá is considered one of the busiest in the world, with a daily average of 23,000 vehicles, representing just over half of the total demand for coastal crossings in the state of São Paulo.

The main aim of implementing Drive 3.0 is to manage ferry crossing traffic in real time, monitoring occupancy with vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians, keeping users who want to access the service informed, managing traffic queues with information on waiting times and indicating the best times for boarding, reducing congestion and environmental impact and promoting more fluid, organized and sustainable multimodal mobility in the region.

The integration of Drive 3.0 demonstrates the purpose of ARMIS, in partnership with INNOVIA, to provide advanced technological solutions that meet the needs of cities, promoting cities, promoting safety, efficient operations and reduced emissions, with more intelligent traffic management.

Drive 3.0 is an innovative platform developed by ARMIS to meet the challenges of mobility, integrating state-of-the-art technologies that guarantee efficiency, safety and sustainability. The solution stands out for its ability to interact with IoT devices and equipment from any manufacturer, supporting norms, standards and communication protocols in a highly flexible way.
