- Mapping and active search for candidates in the IT area
- Screening and selection of profiles;
- Conducting interviews;
- Performing technical validations with candidates;
- Management of the recruitment process;
- Management of the entire follow-up process with candidates.
- More than 1 year of experience in recruitment in the IT area;
- Degree in Psychology, HR or similar;
- Mastery of English - Mandatory requirement;
- Desire to work in the IT area;
- Dynamism, persistence and capacity of achievement;
- Use your creativity and persistence to obtain candidates in an area where competition is high
- Strong sense of responsibility;
